Aerial Silk Dance is an acrobatic discipline mainly performed in circus. Aerial Silk apparatus is made of two long pieces of soft stretch fabric that hang from a single point.

Dancing on Silk is an off the ground experience that will challenge and stimulate your physical awareness, enhance your self-esteem and grace while building strength and stamina. These classes will guide you through a solid basic foundation for learning new aerial movement vocabulary.



Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 12 pm - Intermediate
Saturdays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm - Intermediate
Saturdays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm -  Beginners - Trial Class


Prices and Packages:
Trial Class - Dhs 100
SIngle Class - Dhs 180
5-classes package: Dhs 800 (validity 2 months from date of purchase)
10-classes package: Dhs 1,400 (validity 3 months from date of purchase)
Cash or cheque made to The Fridge accepted. Regrettably, we do not have credit card payment facility.

Booking mandatory:
Classes are limited to 6 people. Call or text Mario Mira on 050-536-2805 to book your class.
Any cancellation must be done 24h in advance. Otherwise it will be considered as taken.

What to wear:
Lycra outfit works well. Make sure you have your arms and legs covered to avoid silk rope burns.

The class is open to real beginners for people in good physical condition.
